Health Campus Limburg DC

Health Campus Limburg DC is one of two new themed campuses at Diepenbeek Campus. This is where knowledge institutes, healthcare organisations, the business community, and governments build together to create healthcare of the future. The Health Campus promotes collaboration and innovation, and helps to shape important transitions in the healthcare system.

It is where players from the healthcare sector can go for advice, office space and meeting rooms, and facilities for organising or attending care-related events.

The social importance of quality care has become more clear than ever in recent years. 1 in 5 Limburg residents works in the healthcare sector, which makes healthcare a crucial sector in the Limburg economy.

Limburg has a unique healthcare and wellbeing ecosystem, making our province the ideal testing ground for digital innovations, which we want to encourage even more through the Health Campus. The focus here is on new technological developments, digital solutions, and transmural collaborations.

Health Campus Limburg is not limited to our province but has set its sights further on the horizon too, and wants to connect with other relevant Belgian and international businesses and start-ups. This will make the campus the ultimate reference point for digicare, in Flanders and beyond.

Health Campus Limburg is a collaboration of POM Limburg, UHasselt, and LRM, after an initiative by and support from the provincial government of Limburg.
