Business parks
POM Limburg is responsible for the management of the various Limburg business parks. These parks form the spatial hotspots for innovation and economic growth. Therefore, it is important to structure them in a way that allows businesses to operate well, both today and in the future. We ensure the sites are well-kept and maintain a good enterprise environment.
Specifically, we work in three areas:
- Sustainable management
- Consortium monitoring (extra security during nights and weekends)
- Signage
What’s more, POM Limburg strives to optimise the redevelopment, re-parcelling, densification, reuse and conversion of sites that are already in use. In the event of new developments, sustainable quality standards are imposed:
- Space-intensive layout plan
- Well thought-out release plan
- Substantiated management
Business park management (BPM) plays an accelerating role in making our business parks more sustainable. When companies work together, they enjoy a variety of financial, ecological, and social benefits. In addition, POM Limburg is also part of the Vlaamse Kennisnetwerk Bedrijventerreinmanagement (Flemish Knowledge Network Business Park Management).
