Brownfield Ravenshout

Brownfield Ravenshout (municipalities of Ham and Tessenderlo) is an area of approx. 80 hectares that will be thoroughly restructured in the future.

The objective: optimising the site’s potential.

Restructuring this area was linked to the development of the logistical greenfield Genebos, by way of a cooperation agreement. The tender for the execution of the planned works has now been awarded. The works commenced in the autumn of 2021.
